Muscle maps: FAQ
What is a muscle map sticker?
A body diagram where each muscle group (chest, shoulders, lats, quads, glutes and more) is its own layer. Colour the ones you trained and place the map on your workout video, so viewers see at a glance what the session hit.
Which muscles can I highlight?
Front: traps, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms, abs, obliques, quads, adductors, abductors and calves. Back: traps, shoulders, triceps, forearms, upper back, lats, lower back, obliques, glutes, hamstrings, adductors, abductors and calves.
Is there a female muscle map?
Yes. Every map comes in male and female bodies, front and back, as full body, upper body or lower body.
Are muscle maps free?
Full-body maps (male and female, front and back) are free. Upper-body and lower-body close-ups are part of Pro, which also removes the watermark.
Can I use different colours for primary and secondary muscles?
Yes. Pick a colour, tap the muscles, then switch colours and tap others. A common style is red for the main muscles and orange for the helpers.
