How do I add Strava stats to a video?
Open your run in Strava (or Garmin Connect, Nike Run Club, Apple Fitness, any app), note the distance, pace and time, then add a Running sticker in ZapZoop and type the numbers in. Recolour the route, place the sticker on your clip and export. It takes about a minute.
Does ZapZoop connect to Strava?
No. You type your stats into the sticker, so it works with any running app or watch and needs no account linking. ZapZoop is not affiliated with Strava.
Can I use running stickers on Instagram Reels, Stories and TikTok?
Yes. Make your video in 9:16 for Reels, Stories, TikTok and YouTube Shorts (or 1:1, 4:5, 16:9), add the running stickers and export. The stats are part of the video, so they show up everywhere.
Can I change the colour and the numbers?
Yes. Every value is editable, including distance, pace, time, elevation and titles, and every part can be recoloured, from the route line to the text.
Are running stickers free?
