Refund policy

Within 48 hours of buying

Request a refund directly from Google Play, which usually answers quickly: open your Google Play order history, find the ZapZoop purchase and choose Request a refund. See Google's refund help.

After 48 hours

Email support@zapzoop.xyz with the email address of your Google account and the order number from your Google Play receipt (it starts with GPA.). Tell us briefly what went wrong. We reply within 5 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Google Play.

We will refund when:

• you were charged after cancelling, including at the end of a free trial you cancelled in time;
• you were charged twice for the same thing;
• Pro didn't unlock or didn't work, and we couldn't fix it;
• the law requires it.

Other requests, such as forgetting to cancel before a renewal, are decided case by case. We don't usually refund part of a period after you cancel; you keep Pro until it ends.

Free trials

Monthly and Yearly start with a 3-day free trial. Cancel in Google Play before it ends and you won't be charged. Google Play reminds you before the trial converts.

Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time purchase. The same rules apply: through Google Play within 48 hours, or by email after that.

What happens after a refund

A refund ends Pro on your account. Refunding a subscription's latest payment also cancels future renewals. Videos you already exported stay yours.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit your rights under the consumer laws of the country where you live. In the EU and UK, when you buy Pro you ask for it to start immediately, and you acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once Pro is unlocked, to the extent the law allows; you still have your rights if Pro is faulty or not as described.

How to cancel

Google Play → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ZapZoop → Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
